Perennially rated as one of the very best destinations in St. John’s, Leaside Manor offers an arresting mix of old world charm and modern, contemporary decor and conveniences. It’s meeting spaces are perfect for group meetings and workshops, private luncheons and receptions, as well as an intimate entertainment and concert events.
The main Kilmacolm Boardroom has an adaptable seating capacity of 30 for meetings and luncheons, 40 for concerts and 75 for cocktail type receptions, with additional breakout spaces available. Our large adjoining Reception Hall is also available for event attendees, as is our Dining Room, with a seating capacity for 16. Leaside Manor also offers over 2 acres of manicured lawns and gardens naturally sheltered by majestic mature trees – ideal for outdoor events, gatherings and receptions.
Our base rental rate for business meetings starts at $399.00 + HST. Talk to us about all the possibilities available to you.
Leaside Manor offers an array of catering options and is fully licensed. Guests may also take advantage of our renowned guest suites when booking our meeting spaces. Special group rates can be arranged.
Please note, a 3% surcharge will be applied when a credit card is used for purchases.
